Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as your name, email address, OAuth identity, session metadata, and account image when your sign-in provider supplies one.

• Generation prompts, source-media references, settings, outputs, status, errors, and credit usage.
• Stripe customer and subscription identifiers plus transaction metadata; Stripe, not Flux 3 Video, handles full payment-card details.
• Ordinary server and security logs, and Google Analytics data only when analytics is configured.

We use information to authenticate users, provide generations, administer credits and billing, prevent abuse, answer support requests, maintain reliability, and improve the product.

We share only the information needed to operate the service with Google authentication, Stripe, fal.ai and its storage or CDN path, Resend when email delivery is configured, our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics when configured.

Deleting your Flux 3 Video account removes the local account and related local records. It may not immediately remove data retained by Stripe, fal.ai, email delivery logs, backups, or CDN and infrastructure providers, including records retained for security, dispute, tax, or legal requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload content you do not have permission to process.

You can update or delete your account in Settings, manage subscriptions in the Stripe-hosted billing portal, use browser controls for analytics, and contact support about your information.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do. Contact support@fluxvideo.co with privacy questions.
