Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity.

Flux 3 Video is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Black Forest Labs or other model providers. Provider and model names identify available technology.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, exploitation, deceptive impersonation, infringement, malware, attacks, or attempts to bypass safeguards and usage limits.

You remain responsible for prompts, uploads, and outputs and for having the rights and permissions required to use them. Rights in AI outputs may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law and provider terms.

You authorize us and our providers to process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Generation costs are shown in credits. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over; top-up credits do not expire while the account remains available. Provider-confirmed failed generations return spent credits. Payment and refund details are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Models, providers, features, prices, queue times, and availability may change. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable, and you must review it before relying on it.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and may delete an eligible account in Settings.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Flux 3 Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity.
